Supervise reservations operations: manage room blocks, process bookings/changes/cancellations, verify availability/rates, handle special requests, set up billing, resolve guest issues, train and coach reservations staff, and ensure adherence to company policies and service standards.

Develop and implement transient, group and wholesale pricing strategies, analyze STAR and booking data, run revenue tests, prepare budgets and reports, and coordinate with GMs, sales and reservation teams to drive RevPAR and profitability.

Perform advanced preventive maintenance and complex repairs on hotel MEP systems (HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, plumbing). Handle guest reservations, Marriott Rewards processing, and guest inquiries by phone/fax/mail. Provide support for food & beverage operations by setting tables, assisting kitchen, cleaning and replenishing supplies. Maintain professional appearance, follow policies, handle light lifting, stand and move for extended periods, and verify menu information to ensure excellent guest service.

Oversees day-to-day general ledger processes, account balancing, reconciliations, reporting, discrepancy resolution, and period-end close. Supervises finance staff, enforces accounting SOPs, ensures tax and regulatory compliance, produces financial reports, supports budgeting and internal controls, and trains/coaches team members.
