We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior Analyst to support our finance and accounting operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal controls, with focus on revenue accounting. This position requires strong business acumen, the ability to interpret complex data, and the capacity to communicate actionable insights to senior leadership.What You'll Bring:
- Prepare and post journal entries for revenue accounting, supported by statements of work.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal entries and reconciliations.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data across systems and reports, with particular focus on revenue accounting.
- Work with auditors and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within financial operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Operations and Sales) on financial impact assessments.
Impact You'll Make:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA licensure is required).
- Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant experience in revenue accounting.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles (IFRS/GAAP) and financial reporting.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and familiarity with financial systems (e.g., Oracle, Netsuite).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines with accuracy.
