What We'll Bring:
This person is responsible for smooth day to day business operations and processes, maintaining high service levels, up keeping of data quality.Works with Batch Processing team to ensure smooth delivery of the suite of bureau services to the subscribing members. Operates within an overall strategic concept set forth by Transunion.
Accurately process batch portfolio reviews and proof of concept reviews requested by the customers and deliver based on agreed service levels.
Review and clean input data files prior to processing, whenever necessary.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to achieve the end goal needed by the customers.
Support from the back end on both internal and external requests in relation to TU systems, products and services.
Assist in the monthly reconciliation of billing issued to client vs system reports.
Communicate batch results to stakeholders as necessary.
Contribute to the completion of milestones of specific projects.
Perform and provide assistance in UAT on bureau systems prior to production roll out
Able to have a good and meaningful interaction with TUPH members
Able to do operational work as assigned
Perform other duties as required in relation to batch processing
