Thie role is reporting to the Chief Product Officer, APAC, the Director, Market Solutions (Philippines) will lead the development and execution of the Philippines product strategy across existing and emerging verticals, including breakthrough product and data initiatives, as well as strategic business development efforts.
This role holds full product P&L ownership for the Philippines and works closely with APAC and Global Product teams to translate regional and global strategies into locally relevant execution. The role oversees end-to-end product management activities and leads a team responsible for delivering product outcomes in the market.
The Director will establish and maintain a robust product governance and operating model, partnering with senior leadership to define and execute product portfolio, vertical market, and distribution channel strategies. This includes accountability for key levers such as revenue growth, profitability, pricing, product lifecycle management, positioning, and go-to-market strategy, supported by strong market intelligence and competitive insights.

Impact You'll Make:
Product Strategy & Portfolio Management
- Define and drive the product family strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with overall business and corporate objectives
- Prioritize the product pipeline and strategic initiatives, translating corporate priorities into clear, actionable plans across multiple business units
- Partner with senior leadership to ensure alignment of product strategies with organizational goals and growth ambitions
Product Development & Lifecycle Management
- Lead the end-to-end development and launch of new product extensions and enhancements, ensuring timely delivery and achievement of revenue targets
- Evaluate product opportunities, including feasibility and strategic fit, to optimize resource allocation and portfolio performance
- Continuously assess and refine product strategies in response to market dynamics, internal priorities, and performance outcomes
Product Performance, Financials & Adoption
- Monitor and analyze product performance across segments and customer groups, identifying opportunities to drive revenue growth and improve market penetration; establish and manage pricing strategies and financial models to ensure strong ROI and alignment with business targets
- Act as a subject matter expert to drive product understanding and adoption, leading initiatives to enhance product knowledge, positioning, and commercial effectiveness across internal stakeholders and markets
Product Governance & Operational Effectiveness
- Establish clear goals, performance metrics, and governance frameworks to support execution and track success
- Optimize workflows and processes across product management and research activities to improve efficiency and scalability
Way of Working: Standardization and Scalability
- Global Enablement & Local Execution: Drive the adoption of global initiatives under the Standardization and Scalability framework by translating global standards, tools, and processes into effective local execution, ensuring alignment while adapting to market-specific needs
- Local Insights & Global Influence: Ensure strong visibility of local initiatives, while proactively sharing insights, outcomes, and feedback with global Centers to support continuous improvement and enhance scalability of the framework
Product, Market Intelligence & Partnership Development
- Product Research & Strategic Partnership Development: Identify and evaluate new product opportunities aligned with evolving customer needs, and develop strategic partnerships to support product innovation and enhancement. Leverage market research and competitive intelligence to shape product portfolio strategy and drive the successful development and launch of new product extensions
- Market Intelligence, Insights & Product Optimization: Conduct comprehensive analysis of market trends, customer segments, purchasing behaviors, competitive landscape, and regulatory developments to identify growth opportunities, and translate insights into actionable recommendations to enhance product offerings and strengthen market positioning
Team Leadership, Sustainability & Resource Management
- Sustainable Team Leadership & Capability Development: Build a resilient and scalable team with reduced dependency on individuals through effective succession planning, knowledge sharing, and strong capability building. Lead structured team development and workforce planning to support long-term sustainability
- Resource Planning, Budget Oversight & Performance Excellence: Oversee budget planning and expense management, including variance analysis and cost optimization. Drive a culture of accountability, high performance, and continuous improvement, ensuring effective resource allocation and consistent delivery of team objectives

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
