Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced **Senior Product Owner** with expertise in **on-premises systems**. The ideal candidate will have **6-8 years of experience** in product ownership, managing enterprise **on-premises applications and infrastructure**. You will collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to define the product vision, manage the roadmap, and ensure seamless delivery of secure, scalable, and high-performance solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Define and manage the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for on-premises systems.
- Gather and translate business requirements into technical specifications for development teams.
- Collaborate with engineering, security, and operations teams to enhance system performance and reliability.

Technical & Domain Expertise:- Strong understanding of **on-premises infrastructure, deployments, and system architecture**.
- Experience in **enterprise IT environments, compliance, security, and infrastructure management**.
- Knowledge of **DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and software development life cycle (SDLC)**.
- Familiarity with **APIs, system integrations, and modernization of legacy applications**.
- Experience working in **Agile/Scrum environments with tools like JIRA, Azure DevOps, etc.**.
Soft Skills:- Strong **communication and stakeholder management skills**.
- Excellent **analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities**.
- Ability to **lead cross-functional teams and influence without direct authority**.
Preferred Qualifications- Experience in **Tax **.
- Knowledge of **hybrid cloud strategies and cloud migration for on-premises systems**.
