- 12+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Machine Learning Operations (MLOps), or related fields, with a proven track record of leading enterprise-scale initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related discipline required; Master’s degree in Engineering, Data Science, or Business Administration strongly preferred.
- Deep expertise in MLOps frameworks, cloud-native architectures, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), CI/CD pipelines, and model deployment strategies.
- Extensive experience in data onboarding, analytics workflows, and model lifecycle management, including registry and governance.
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, data security, compliance standards, and operational best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior leadership, manage complex stakeholder relationships, and drive strategic initiatives across global teams.
- Additional qualifications: Exceptional leadership and communication skills, advanced problem-solving capabilities, proficiency with modern DevOps/MLOps tools (e.g., MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow), and experience in agile delivery environments.
Impact You'll Make:
This role serves as a strategic leader and subject matter expert within the OneTru Platform Team, responsible for owning and driving the end-to-end MLOps pipeline that powers advanced analytics and machine learning models across the enterprise. The Senior Advisor will define the vision, architecture, and execution strategy for the pipeline, ensuring seamless integration of data onboarding, analytics, model execution, model registry, fulfillment, and lifecycle management.
You will collaborate with senior executives, data science leaders, engineering teams, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions that enable rapid model deployment and operationalization. This position requires a blend of technical depth, strategic thinking, and leadership to influence enterprise-wide initiatives and deliver measurable business impact.
This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the strategic vision and architecture for the enterprise MLOps pipeline, ensuring scalability, resilience, and compliance with global standards.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with senior stakeholders to define requirements, prioritize initiatives, and align pipeline capabilities with business objectives and regulatory mandates.
- Drive innovation by introducing best practices, emerging technologies, and automation strategies to optimize data onboarding, model execution, and fulfillment processes.
- Establish governance frameworks for model registry, versioning, and lifecycle management to ensure transparency, reproducibility, and auditability.
- Mentor and guide senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
- Monitor and report on pipeline performance metrics, leveraging insights to enhance efficiency, reduce time-to-market, and improve model reliability.
- Ensure compliance and security across all stages of the pipeline, proactively mitigating risks and adhering to industry regulations and internal policies.
