We are seeking a dedicated, relationship-driven Senior Advertising Account Manager to join our Paris office. This is an excellent opportunity to grow within a fantastic team, learn from colleagues, and share your own expertise.

In this role, you will be responsible for strengthening and developing strategic client relationships and partnerships. You will manage a portfolio of strategic French advertisers from various verticals, overseeing their performance KPIs. Your work will involve direct advertisers and premium agencies, serving as a valuable resource and point of contact to provide high-quality, end-to-end service.

To thrive in this role, you'll need:

  • Experience: 4+ years of customer-facing experience in results-driven Digital Marketing roles, with a proven track record of managing premium media agency clients.
  • Performance Mindset: Strong expertise in KPI-based campaign management, specifically optimizing campaigns to hit ROI and CPA targets.
  • Portfolio Management: Demonstrated ability to manage a portfolio of clients through smart prioritization and growth-farming based on potential.
  • Analytical Prowess: Excellent skills in monitoring data, identifying trends, and translating analytics into actions.
  • Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of the Ad Tech industry and the broader Media Agencies landscape.
  • Technical & Consultative Aptitude: Outstanding interpersonal and relationship-building skills, paired with the technical acumen to deeply understand and navigate through technical challenges such as advanced tracking, pixels, and attribution models. 
  • Communication: Excellent spoken and written English communication skills. (Internal collaboration with centralized teams like FP&A, HR, Legal, Product, and Marketing is conducted entirely in English) .
  • Flexibility: Willingness to travel for business as required.

How you’ll make an impact:

As a Senior Advertising Account Manager you’ll bring value by:

  • Managing a strategic Book of Business: Servicing clients in accordance to importance and potential within your portfolio, spotting abilities to scale, product rollout potential and further client needs
  • Strategic Account Growth & Scalability: Drive long-term growth across a portfolio of key clients by designing and executing rigorous account plans. You will build deep relationships with multiple stakeholders and C-level executives within target organizations to unlock expansion opportunities. To sustain this growth, you will think strategically and build scalable internal mechanisms (such as playbooks, dashboards, and automated workflows) that maximize team productivity and elevate partner success at scale.
  • Strategic Campaign Leadership: Acting as the strategic visionary for client accounts by aligning campaign goals with Taboola’s product suite, while utilizing a dedicated Ad Ops team to manage the operational build and campaign creation. You will own the proactive performance optimizations and strategic adjustments required to drive maximum ROI.
  • Cross-Functional Synergy & Resource Optimization: Acting as the central anchor for your accounts, fostering deep collaboration across multiple teams: Sales, Support, Product, Marketing. You will leverage internal resources, and unite these departments behind a common goal: maximizing client ROI and driving Taboola's collective growth.
  • Client education & proactive consultation: Ensuring that autonomous clients are following the best practices and maximizing every opportunity to achieve account success on the platform. Helping them understand and optimize their campaigns, hit campaign goals and scale their account
  • Client meetings and QBRs: Conducting face to face quarterly business review meetings with key clients whereby participants can range from day to day contact to C-level within the client organization
