Job Description
We’re looking for a Salesforce Administrator to support users, enhance platform performance, and help drive our transition to Marketing Cloud Next and Salesforce Data Cloud. You’ll work closely with teams across the business to deliver improvements, optimise workflows, and support our roadmap toward automation and AI‑powered engagement.
What You’ll Do
- Provide end‑user support and training for Salesforce, especially MCAE (Pardot) and Sales Cloud.
- Configure, customise, and maintain Salesforce with strong data quality and security.
- Build reports and dashboards that enable clear, data‑driven insights.
- Gather requirements and deliver enhancements that improve business processes.
- Identify automation opportunities and support the shift to Flow.
- Stay updated on Salesforce releases and recommend useful new features.
- Support global Salesforce strategy, governance, and roadmap.
- Manage data migration and integrations to ensure accurate, reliable data flows.
Qualifications
- 2+ years’ experience as a Salesforce Administrator or equivalent, with ADM201 and/or ADM211 certifications considered highly desirable.
- Strong proficiency in core Salesforce administration, including automation, user and permission management, data management, security controls, and platform configuration.
- Hands‑on experience with Salesforce clouds and products such as MCAE, Marketing Cloud Next, Data Cloud, Sales Cloud, Manufacturing Cloud, Service Cloud, PRM, or CRMA (any combination beneficial).
- Solid analytical skills, with experience using reporting and analytics tools such as CRMA, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Experience leveraging AI productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot to enhance workflow efficiency, support documentation creation, analyse data, and streamline administrative tasks.
- Experience working with third‑party applications and external support partners, including troubleshooting and integration coordination.
- Proven ability to train and support end‑users, including building engaging training materials and leveraging a dedicated LMS.
- Demonstrated success working with global, cross‑functional teams, collaborating across time zones and business units.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
- Good communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear, accessible language for non‑technical audiences.
- Good understanding of data privacy regulations and best practices, including GDPR, CCPA, and related compliance requirements.
- Proficient user of Microsoft 365, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Copilot‑enhanced productivity features.
