Serve as site HR business partner supporting leaders across recruitment, onboarding, performance coaching, employee relations, compliance, workforce planning, talent development, and HR policy. Drive site culture, metrics analysis, training evaluation, and expatriate coordination while advising international leadership and ensuring legally compliant HR governance.

The Debug Engineer will work with R&D on testing and qualification of products, analyze failures, recommend corrective actions, and document issues related to power electronics.

Support sourcing and purchasing of MRO supplies and equipment, assist supplier evaluation and invoice processing, negotiate under guidance, track supplier performance, and provide administrative procurement support.

The Senior System Firmware Engineer develops firmware for power conversion systems, collaborates with teams on product development, and mentors junior engineers.

The Employee Relations Supervisor handles workplace issues, ensures compliance with labor laws, supports employee engagement, and maintains HR operations records.

The Quality Engineer manages product quality during manufacturing, conducts audits, leads corrective actions, and collaborates with teams for continuous improvement.
