Execute and optimise global B2B email campaigns for an engineering audience using marketing automation. Build, test and deploy campaigns, segment audiences, run A/B tests, analyse performance, refine technical content, and support LinkedIn and other business channels. Ensure brand-compliant, error-free communications and collaborate with content and wider marketing teams during transition to Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Plans and coordinates finished-goods and raw-material shipments across production, supply planning, warehouse, logistics, sales, and purchasing teams. Prepares outbound shipments, packing lists, shipping plans, pickup arrangements, and drop-shipment documentation to ensure timely delivery. Requires supply chain or logistics education, planning experience, strong communication skills, fluent English, and proficiency with Excel, Power BI, and SAP.

Serves as the primary customer interface for quality matters, leading complaint investigations, root-cause analysis, 8D reporting, corrective actions, audits, quality reporting, and continuous improvement. Supports new product introduction through design reviews, feasibility assessments, and pre-production builds, while collaborating with engineering, R&D, factories, and cross-functional teams to resolve issues and ensure product quality.

Manages end-to-end category sourcing for electronics and electromechanical materials across new product introduction, mass production, and product end-of-life. Responsibilities include sourcing strategy, supplier development and relationship management, negotiations, supplier performance improvement, cost savings, delivery and quality optimization, and KPI management. The role also develops sourcing analytics tools and platforms while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to resolve supplier issues.

Maintain accurate general ledger balances, post and reconcile journal entries, manage fixed assets, prepaids, accruals, GR/IR and intercompany balances, support month‑end/quarter‑end/year‑end close, prepare VAT and assist tax provisioning, perform variance and working capital analysis, support audits and drive R2R process improvements using SAP S/4HANA and Excel.

Manage end-to-end accounts payable for UK and European entities: process supplier invoices, maintain supplier data, handle VAT, run weekly payments, reconcile statements and banks, prepare accruals/capitalisation entries, support audits, and contribute to AP system/process improvements.

Serve as site HR business partner supporting leaders across recruitment, onboarding, performance coaching, employee relations, compliance, workforce planning, talent development, and HR policy. Drive site culture, metrics analysis, training evaluation, and expatriate coordination while advising international leadership and ensuring legally compliant HR governance.

Lead the Low Voltage High Power (LVHP) product portfolio from concept to end-of-life. Define strategy, roadmap, requirements, and pricing; partner with engineering, manufacturing, sales and customers; run trials, market research, and trainings; drive product profitability, launches, and lifecycle decisions to grow sales and margin.

Manage budgeting, forecasting and monthly close activities; analyze OPEX, payroll and costing variances; run product costing and inventory provisions; reconcile WIP, COGS and shipment values; prepare forecasts in IBM Cognos/MMRP; support NPD/NPI costing and cross-functional stakeholders to maintain SAP costing accuracy.

Process AP invoices and GRNI transactions, prepare and upload bank payment files from SAP S/4HANA, perform vendor reconciliations, manage intercompany recharges, prepare self-billed e-invoicing data, record monthly ledger entries and maintain fixed asset register, and support statutory audits within a multinational finance environment.

The Debug Engineer will work with R&D on testing and qualification of products, analyze failures, recommend corrective actions, and document issues related to power electronics.

Support sourcing and purchasing of MRO supplies and equipment, assist supplier evaluation and invoice processing, negotiate under guidance, track supplier performance, and provide administrative procurement support.

The Senior System Firmware Engineer develops firmware for power conversion systems, collaborates with teams on product development, and mentors junior engineers.

Analyze and manage SAP master data in an S/4HANA environment. Support MDG/MDM processes, data quality checks, remediation, migration activities, governance, reporting, and documentation while collaborating with data owners and technical teams.
