Lead and manage manufacturing engineering activities to ensure product quality, process efficiency, NPI launches, process controls, root-cause analysis and continuous improvement using lean, APQP/PPAP, DFX and testing strategies. Provide technical leadership, equipment selection, cost/ROI analysis, mentoring, KPI monitoring, and cross-functional coordination to support production, reliability and manufacturing excellence.

Create, review, and manage PCBA BOMs from schematics and Gerber files. Verify components, coordinate with design, procurement, manufacturing, and suppliers. Maintain BOM versions in PLM/ERP, support NPI, recommend alternates, and ensure regulatory compliance.

The Category Sourcing Engineer will support sourcing requirements, compare supplier costs, maintain supplier management programs, and ensure quality compliance with suppliers.

The Applications Engineer will support AC/DC and DC/DC power supply solutions, provide technical support, deliver training, troubleshoot application issues, and collaborate with teams and suppliers.
