What We’re Looking For
As a Salesforce Administrator & Support Specialist at EROAD, you will play a key role in supporting, maintaining, and enhancing our Salesforce platform as part of the Enterprise Systems Team. You will troubleshoot user requests, configure Salesforce to meet business needs, and contribute to system improvements that drive operational efficiency across the organisation.
You will also gain hands-on experience working with Salesforce Revenue Cloud, integrated marketing tools, third‑party applications, and connected systems — all while helping shape safer and more sustainable roads around the world.
Depending on your experience, you may take on more advanced configuration responsibilities, support UAT cycles, or contribute to solution design for new Salesforce initiatives.
About the Role
Job Responsibilities
Salesforce Configuration & Support
• Troubleshoot and respond to user requests and incidents through JIRA.
• Configure Salesforce objects, fields, record types, page layouts, roles, and profiles.
• Build and enhance workflows, automation, validation rules, reports, and dashboards.
Platform Enhancements & Integrations
• Support configurations related to new product releases, marketing tools, and integrated third‑party apps.
• Work with connected systems such as the ERP and other enterprise platforms.
• Assist in designing and implementing scalable, secure Salesforce solutions.
UAT, Documentation & Training
• Support or facilitate UAT planning, execution, and issue resolution.
• Document configurations, processes, and user guides.
• Provide training and support to business stakeholders to ensure smooth adoption of new features.
Continuous Improvement & Collaboration
• Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to understand requirements and enhance platform usability.
• Identify opportunities to improve system performance, user experience, and data quality.
• Contribute to ongoing enhancement work, including the Salesforce Revenue Cloud implementation.
Job Qualifications
• 2–3 years of Salesforce Administration or systems administration experience.
• Salesforce Administrator (ADM201) certification preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce configuration, workflows, reports, dashboards, and permission sets.
• Strong problem‑solving skills with a proactive, can‑do attitude.
• Excellent communication skills and customer service focus.
• Organised, structured, and able to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
• Ability to support UAT, troubleshoot issues, and maintain high‑quality documentation.
