Job Purpose

The purpose of this role is to provide a mix of sales and partner support functions. The role will provide support for sales representatives in administrative tasks, plus coordination and administrative tasks to help our partners get the most from their relationship with Open LMS.

The role will be performed in a way that adheres to Open LMS values, policies and procedures and organisational standards in particular quality and service standards as well as adhering to relevant legislation.

Key Accountabilities

The key accountabilities of this role encompass duties that principally relate to the job purpose and may include other duties that are incidental or peripheral to the job purpose.

Duties of this role will include but are not limited to the following:

  • Raising quotations and similar sales paperwork
  • Handling customer and partner requests 
  • Chasing sales quotes 
  • Maintaining good customer relations 
  • Answering customers telephone queries 
  • Producing reports
  • Distributing leads and maintaining the accuracy of the CRM
  • Research and identify new partner opportunities

Key Result Areas

Performance objectives are based on the key accountabilities above and are aligned to organisational and team objectives. Individual performance measures and behavioural standards will be discussed and reviewed on a periodic basis in accordance with the eCreators Performance Development Policy and Procedure.

Specific Key Result Areas may include -

  • Sales/Partner Support
  • Sales/Partner Administration
  • Sales/Partner Reporting

Job Authorities

  • Decide priorities to achieve required performance levels
  • Decide when to request information from other staff
  • Identify own development needs

Job Criteria

  • High organisational skills and ability to manage a number of tasks at the same time.
  • Ability to prioritise own workload.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Well versed in IT skills for example Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite and CRM systems such as Salesforce and HubSpot.
  • An administrative or sales background.
  • Must be detail oriented.
