As Sales Coordinator, you will help push deals across the finish line by learning our industry and process. You will collaborate closely with Account Executives and work with our partners, customers, and other internal teams to ensure efficient and timely communication on all requests. You will be the point person to make sure we maintain a smooth customer and ISO experience for renewal prospects and renewal funding.

In this role you will:

  • Assist in the prospecting, processing, and approval stages by gathering bank statements and other stipulations from customers and our sales partners.

  • Respond promptly to sales partners and customers to confirm renewal eligibility.

  • Support the renewals team with administrative tasks such as confirming current balances, sending copies of contracts, and other sensitive information to our customers and sales partners.

  • Problem solve with internal teams to figure out opportunities for process improvement.

  • Talk directly to sales partners as needed to discuss and share submission and deal details.

  • Assist customers in their understanding of our product through inbound/outbound calls and emails.

  • Build strong relationships within the sales team and across the company.

Requirements:

  • Advanced English fluency

  • Interest in a sales support role.

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.

  • Proactive, strong communication skills, ability to prioritize.

  • Ability to learn quickly and a desire to grow within a sales organization.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Exceptional organizational skills.

  • Top notch phone etiquette - working with internal and external partners.
