Manage Salesforce lead queues, maintain accurate funnel records, meet activity and revenue quotas, analyze conversion performance, and collaborate with sales, processing, underwriting, collections, and accounting teams. The role also mentors junior representatives and pilots new dialer and AI documentation technologies.

Lead Forward Financing’s application and product security program, including pentesting, code review, vulnerability remediation, AI security testing, secure SDLC practices, and external exposure controls. Manage and develop senior security engineers, establish testing standards and remediation SLAs, build security services, and partner with engineering and executives to prioritize risk across web applications, APIs, cloud infrastructure, and AI-built software.

Prospect previously approved and partially completed financing customers through phone, SMS, and email outreach. Assess business goals, present funding options, overcome objections, create urgency, and convert leads into completed applications. Maintain high-volume outbound activity, track pipeline and outcomes in Salesforce, meet revenue and KPI targets, and collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to improve funnel performance.

Own and administer the Genesys contact center platform, configuring advanced routing, IVR, omnichannel workflows, campaigns, and integrations with Salesforce and third-party tools. Troubleshoot complex platform, telecom, WebRTC, and carrier issues; monitor performance and system health; manage major incidents under strict SLAs; and translate stakeholder requirements into scalable technical solutions across voice, SMS, and email.

Own and administer the Genesys contact center platform, configuring advanced routing, IVR, and omnichannel workflows across voice, SMS, and email. Design Salesforce and third-party integrations, manage digital and autodialer campaigns, monitor system health, troubleshoot complex incidents, and optimize platform performance. Manage security operations, incident response, detection engineering, vulnerability and patch oversight, SaaS and endpoint security, cybersecurity risk assessments, and AI security strategy. Lead and develop security engineers, serve as senior Incident Commander, tune CrowdStrike detections, build coverage across endpoint, SaaS, identity, cloud, and proxy signals, and communicate security risks to technical and executive stakeholders.

Evaluate small-business financial data and applications to determine financing eligibility, affordable capital amounts, risk profiles, and risk-adjusted pricing. The analyst will issue profitable underwriting decisions, advise internal sales representatives on financing options, assess customer business needs, and collaborate on process-improvement initiatives within the Underwriting department.

Manage security operations and lead a security engineering team defending endpoints, SaaS, infrastructure, and corporate systems. Serve as senior Incident Commander, oversee detection and response using CrowdStrike, conduct cybersecurity risk assessments, and improve vulnerability, patch, access, and configuration management.
