We are looking for a high-impact Revenue Operations Manager to join our growing Partnerships department. In this role, you will be the strategic backbone of our indirect sales motion, working at the intersection of data, process, and strategy.
You will partner closely with Regional Directors, global leadership, and our central RevOps team to drive efficiency and scale our global footprint. If you are an analytical problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment, this is your opportunity to significantly influence the growth trajectory of monday.com.
- Experience: 3+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or as a Business Analyst within the B2B SaaS industry, with deep involvement in Planning and Compensation.
- Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Salesforce is essential. You should be comfortable managing processes and extracting meaningful insights from the platform.
- Analytical Toolkit: Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets. Experience with BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau) is an advantage.
- Communication: Exceptional collaboration skills with the ability to communicate complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Mindset: You are curious, proactive, and ambitious. You enjoy solving complex problems and remain comfortable navigating ambiguity and evolving priorities.
- AI Savvy: Experience utilizing AI tools (LLMs, Agents) in your daily workflow to increase efficiency is a major plus!
