About the Role

We’re seeking a Revenue Operations Coordinator to join our Revenue Operations team. This position will report to the Revenue Operations Manager and will play a critical role in supporting our sales, success, order activations, and revenue data integrity.

As a Revenue Operations Coordinator, you will serve as a key support resource for our Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams, ensuring smooth and efficient revenue operations. Your responsibilities will span sales support, order processing, data integrity, and cross-functional collaboration. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, process-driven professional who enjoys problem-solving and working with data.

This role will either be hybrid based in NYC with the opportunity to work remotely spend time onsite at our NYC HQ (preferred), or remote in the Eastern time zone (see list of hiring states below)

In this role, you will

  • Assist with sales support requests by resolving basic tickets submitted through the Sales Jira help desk, ensuring timely response, accuracy, and proactive follow-up.
  • Support order processing by performing data entry, reviewing purchase order accuracy, and building an understanding of processing workflows and associated systems like Salesforce and NetSuite
  • Ensure seamless customer experience by responding to basic customer inquiries regarding orders, renewals, and subscription updates.
  • Support data integrity efforts by assisting with data clean up tasks in Salesforce, NetSuite, and other systems.
  • Collaborate with Finance and Billing teams to ensure accurate customer subscription data, process order amendments, and maintain organized payment information.
  • Provide direct support to the Sales team, helping troubleshoot CRM-related issues, provide guidance/document sales processes, executing bulk quote requests, and assisting with outreach campaigns.
  • Provide administrative support for the RFP response process by assisting with documentation and coordination tasks
  • Support user-acceptance testing (UAT) by executing test cases and documenting bugs
  • Other duties as assigned

On Your Resume

  • 6 months to 2 years of experience in a professional environment (internship experience is ok); exposure to sales operations, order processing, revenue operations, customer support, or a related field preferred
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Experience with Salesforce, NetSuite, Jira, Looker, or similar CRM and ERP tools is a strong plus
  • Basic skills in Excel and Google Sheets for data management and reporting
  • Experience working in B2B SaaS or EdTech is a plus
  • Previous exposure to sales teams, finance teams, or order processing workflows is a plus

The BrainPOP team operates in a hybrid work environment: Each role has remote flexibility and an in-person component at our New York headquarters or other meeting locations. Based on the requirements of a specific role, we may prioritize hiring within a commutable distance of our New York headquarters or in another region relevant to that role.

We have competitive pay bands for all other countries based on market standards. Individual compensation decisions are based on a number of factors, including experience level, skill set, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at the company. Based on these factors, we expect most of the candidates offered roles at our company to fall healthily throughout the range. We recognize that the person we hire may be less experienced (or more senior) than this job description, as posted. If so, the updated salary range will be communicated to you as a candidate.
