Sourcing & Screening: Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking platforms, and screen potential candidates through interviews and assessments.
Candidate Management: Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings and ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and leadership to understand hiring needs, job requirements, and team goals.
Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent pools, especially within the online gaming industry.
Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Management: Utilize ATS to track and manage candidate data and ensure compliance with internal processes.
Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics, pipeline status, and hiring outcomes.
Branding & Engagement: Assist in building and promoting employer branding to attract high-quality talent within the gaming industry.
Experience: Minimum 3 years of core recruitment experience, preferably with experience in the online gaming or iGaming industry.Language Skills: Fluent in English, Portuguese both written and verbal.
Technical Savvy: Proficient in using online sourcing platforms, ATS, and recruitment tools.
Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage candidates and internal stakeholders.
Remote Work Experience: Comfortable working in a remote setup, managing time effectively, and collaborating across different time zones.
Recruitment Techniques: Strong knowledge of interview techniques, talent assessment, and employer branding strategies.
