Experience: Minimum 3 years of core recruitment experience, preferably with experience in the online gaming or iGaming industry.
Language Skills: Fluent in English, Portuguese both written and verbal.
Technical Savvy: Proficient in using online sourcing platforms, ATS, and recruitment tools.
Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage candidates and internal stakeholders.
Remote Work Experience: Comfortable working in a remote setup, managing time effectively, and collaborating across different time zones.
Recruitment Techniques: Strong knowledge of interview techniques, talent assessment, and employer branding strategies.
