monday.com is growing and looking for a Partner Account Manager who will be responsible for enhancing the level of partners account management with our key partners across all segments of their accounts. This role is highly strategic, diverse and includes developing the account management capabilities of our partners through a combination of hands-on approach, relationship management and enablement - delivering multi-million dollar performance from account expansion.


About The Role
  • Take responsibility for the strategy and execution of account management across existing accounts portfolio high profile monday.com partners
  • Balance your time and resources to achieve maximal impact and performance via combination of hands-on work, scaled operation and 1 to many enablement
  • Collaborate with partners, partners managers, success managers and more
  • Track, report and optimize the performance of partnerships account management practices, including identifying issues as they arise, assessing possible solutions, and executing them
  • Own your partner’s portfolio expansion targets and delivering the results
  • Support partners where required, with general guidance or on sales calls to close opportunities

Requirements
  • 5+ years experience in SaaS Account Management
  • English & Spanish fluency required
  • Experience in handling Enterprise sales and account management
  • 1+ years’ experience in managing Channel Partners/ Resellers
  • Superb multi-tasking and prioritization skills
  • Strong sales background with track record from opportunity to close
  • Experienced negotiator with high closing rates
  • Account and quota planning skills
  • Ability to take an entire project from A to Z
  • Strong relationship-builder, initiator, outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Team player with a winning approach
  • Experience with the LATAM market, ideally doing business in Mexico 
  • Willingness to travel as required

Please note this is a hybrid role based out of our Sao Paulo office and requires 3 days in office.
