In this fully on-site, 1-year contract role, you'll play a pivotal part in supporting our recruitment operations while engaging with diverse individuals—from local university students to experienced professionals. We're seeking someone who is enthusiastic, outgoing, organized, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced, globally connected environment.
Key Responsibilities:Proactively source and build talent pipelines for priority roles, engaging confidently with candidates at various stages of their career
Collaborate as part of a global Talent Acquisition team, with a primary focus on the Milan region
Build strong relationships with local universities and engage students through events and outreach initiatives to support our graduate hiring programs
Organize and schedule interviews, manage logistics, and serve as the primary point of contact for recruiters, candidates, and hiring managers
Deliver clear and friendly communication to candidates, including interview preparation, assessments, and follow-ups
Ensure every candidate has a positive and welcoming experience by promptly addressing inquiries and offering thoughtful guidance
Track and update the status of candidate applications and provide timely reports and updates to the team
Contribute to special projects and initiatives within the recruitment function as needed
A recent (or soon-to-be) university graduate with a passion for working with people
Naturally engaging and confident in your communication style—both verbal and written—across diverse cultures and organizational levels
Multilingual: Fluent in English and ideally proficient in one or more additional languages
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently
Adaptable, energetic, and positive—someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
Professional, reliable, and eager to contribute to a global team
Bachelor’s Degree required
Fluent English required; additional language skills are strongly preferred
Previous experience in a customer-facing, university ambassador, hospitality, or event coordination role is a plus
