This opportunity is designed for recent graduates and early-career professionals (up to 2 Years of Experience) who are passionate about technology, problem solving, and system architecture. As a Recovery Architect, you will work alongside highly experienced technical specialists, supporting customers across Mexico and the Caribbean in designing, analyzing, troubleshooting, and restoring complex end-to-end solutions.
You will gain hands-on exposure to cutting-edge technologies including Cloud Infrastructure, Virtualization, IP Networking, Linux, Databases, and Telecommunications Systems, while developing the skills and expertise. What you will do:
As a Recovery Architect, you will contribute to the analysis, design, and recovery of complex technical environments by:
  • Supporting the design and development of customer solutions based on business and technical requirements, with a focus on IT/IP, cloud, VNFs and CNFs.
  • Analyzing and troubleshooting complex, multi-domain issues affecting customer networks and services, identifying dependencies and interactions across systems.
  • Collaborating with customers, delivery organizations, support teams, and technical experts to gather, clarify, and document requirements and recovery strategies.
  • Leveraging existing technical documentation, reference architectures, and industry best practices to develop efficient and scalable solutions.
  • Contributing to the definition of hardware, software, database, and virtual infrastructure requirements for customer deployments.
  • Supporting solution adaptations and configurations in accordance with Ericsson standards, methodologies, and product guidelines.
  • Assisting implementation, testing, system integration, and service recovery activities to ensure solution availability and operational excellence.
  • Developing expertise in end-to-end network architectures, telecommunications systems, and emerging cloud-native technologies.

  • English (Advanced - Mandatory)Written and spoken proficiency is required - The role involves daily interaction with customers across Mexico and the Caribbean, as well as collaboration with global teams and business units.
