Role summary:
The Türkiye Platform Sales Lead is a senior technical-business leader who bridges sales, presales and partner ecosystems to accelerate complex deals, to get fair share from cloud market with managed services by establishing correct relationships with cloud born companies, drive product and channel integration (notably HPE Networking and HIT), creating skillful parties in HPE channel for AI projects not to be positioned as hardware only, and upskill internal and channel teams. This role partners with business unit leaders and external stakeholders (OEMs, SPs, Alliances) to shape competitive tactics, GTM programs and cross-BU initiatives that increase win rates, deal velocity and revenue expansion.
Core responsibilities
Sales enablement & technical leadership
- Design and deliver technical enablement programs for sales, presales and channel partners across products and segments.
- Provide hands-on technical support and thought leadership for strategic, high-complexity opportunities.
Deal acceleration & expansion
- Work alongside account and BU teams to mature complex deals, remove technical blockers, and identify expansion/attach opportunities.
- Drive faster close cycles and higher average deal size through technical-led plays.
Integration & channel cross-breeding
- Lead local integration of HPE Networking into existing GTM and channel models; enable cross-selling between HIT and Networking channels.
- Define packaging, certification, and incentive models needed for cross-BU channel success.
Strategic partnerships & innovation scouting
- Own relationships with OEMs, Service Providers and Alliance partners to co-develop offers and chase new market opportunities
- Develop and execute a strategic GTM plan to counter Public Cloud offerings thru HPE GreenLake
- Identify, prototype and scale “next big thing” plays locally and feed learnings to regional/global teams.
Cross-functional program leadership
- Sponsor and deliver cross-BU initiatives (product, marketing, services, alliances) that require technical credibility and business focus
- Advise leadership on competitive positioning, pricing levers for technical differentiation, and GTM planning

- Typically 6-10+ years account management experience
- Experience in IT industry preferred
