monday.com is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our expanding finance team in NYC! This role is pivotal in ensuring the successful planning, execution and completion of projects aligning with our company’s strategic goals.
As a Project Manager, you will support the North American regional growth of monday.com. You will work closely with our North American leadership team as well as stakeholders across the organization to help improve processes, analyze metrics and optimize efficiency.
Please note this is a hybrid position of 3 days/week in our NYC office.
About The Role:
- Strategize, implement and streamline projects and initiatives for the Finance team in North America
- Proactively identify and action operational improvements in cross functional departments and offices
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, promote open communication and knowledge share
- Lead end-to-end cross organizational projects, monitor deliverables and ensure solutions meet business needs and goals
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience managing cross-functional programs/projects; preferably within tech
- Ability to lead and effectively collaborate with colleagues, stakeholders and managers across departments
- Strong sense of ownership, accountability and ability to deliver
- Ability to work independently, self-learn and to adapt to a fast-changing environment
- Excellent planning, organizational and time management skills

For New York City-based hires only: Compensation Range: $100,000-$145,000 base salary, subject to standard withholding and applicable taxes. In addition to base salary, the role includes opportunity to receive and/or earn a discretionary bonus and/or equity based on Company’s plans and in accordance with Company’s policies. Compensation finally awarded to the candidate will be commensurate with the candidate’s skills and experience. Compensation ranges for candidates in locations outside of New York City may differ based on the cost of labor and such additional factors for such other locations.
