Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to work on Central Finance implementation. This role requires deep expertise in managing complex, cross-functional projects, strong stakeholder engagement, and a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget, SAP is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end project delivery of workstreams under Central Finance program, from planning through execution and hypercare
  • Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria aligned with business objectives
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, resource allocation, and budgets
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including IT, finance, business stakeholders, and external system integrators
  • Drive governance structures, including steering committees, status reporting, and risk management frameworks
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle
  • Ensure appropriate review with GPOs to ensure alignment with SAP CFIN best practices and organizational standards
  • Oversee data migration strategy, system integration, testing cycles (SIT/UAT), and cutover planning for specific workstreams
  • Manage vendor relationships and hold partners accountable for deliverables and timelines
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, regulatory requirements, and data governance policies for specific workstreams

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field (Master’s preferred)
  • 8–12+ years of project management experience, with at least 5 years leading SAP transformation programs
  • Hands-on experience with Central Finance (CFIN) implementations preferred
  • Demonstrated experience managing global, multi-country deployments
  • Expertise in project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid)
  • PMP, or equivalent certification preferred
