● Integrate IT solutions with existing Treasury and Collateral systems, ensuring seamless transition and minimal disruption.
● Monitor and report on project status, escalating issues and proposing solutions as necessary.
Business Analysis (BA)
● Partner with business and technology stakeholders to elicit, analyse, validate, and document requirements (business, functional, non-functional).
● Produce high-quality BA artefacts, e.g. BRDs/FRDs, user stories, epics, acceptance criteria, process maps, data mappings, business rules, and interface requirements.
● Conduct as-is/to-be process analysis, identify gaps, and propose pragmatic solutions aligned to strategic direction.
● Support design workshops and working sessions to drive clarity on scope, assumptions, dependencies, and outcomes.
● Translate complex Treasury/Collateral product needs into deliverables that engineers, testers, and operations teams can execute against.
● Support UAT planning and execution: define test scenarios, coordinate defect triage, and ensure business sign-off aligns to documented acceptance criteria.
● Contribute to implementation readiness (operating model impacts, cutover approach, training/support needs, and post-go-live controls).
Governance, Controls & Stakeholder Management
● Prepare high-quality papers and presentations for senior management, distilling complex topics into actionable insights.
● Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, adapting style and content as required.
● Ensure robust NFR and control frameworks are embedded throughout the project lifecycle, including traceability from requirements through to testing and implementation.
