About the Role

Riskified is hiring a Project Manager & Executive Assistant to join us in our New York office. We are seeking a proactive and self-motivated individual to support the CEO Office. This role combines operational project management with executive support, requiring someone who can seamlessly shift between strategic coordination and tactical execution. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, quick learner and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution.
  • Define timelines, milestones, and deliverables and organize any necessary follow-up.
  • Drive accountability and ensure initiatives stay on track.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reporting to track progress.
  • Improve internal processes and identify opportunities for automation
  • Establish clear documentation and workflows and translate complex projects into compelling narratives and presentations upon request.
  • Manage heavy calendar management for the CEO.
  • Support internal and external communications as needed.
  • Booking and coordinating travel, offsites and key events.
  • Overseeing the flow of highly confidential information in a professional and timely manner.
  • Assisting the Administration team and providing general office support when necessary.
Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in project management, operations, consulting, and/ or executive support
  • Outstanding organizational abilities with an affirmative attitude
  • Exemplary levels of accuracy and attention to detail
  • An innate sense of foresight and resourcefulness
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication
  • Experience with tools such as Airtable, Monday, Jira, Google Workspace, etc.
  • Ability to identify opportunities for automation and implement AI-driven solutions within operational workflows
  • Flexibility to work during weekends or after hours as needed to meet business demands
  • Highly proactive and solution-oriented
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

The base salary range for this position is $85,000 - $95,000. This range is applicable to candidates who will perform the job either wholly, or in part, within New York City. Actual salary will be based on qualifications, competencies, and location. If you feel this range is not attractive, we encourage you to let us know through the application process. 

Base salary is just one part of the pay package at Riskified. All full-time regular employees receive a bonus target and are eligible to receive stock-based awards.
