  • Working with the A&I Project Manager, coordinate and track receipt of necessary engineering details from suppliers to support customer deliverables, including drawings, utility information, engineering documentation, spare parts lists, and manuals.

  • Ensure supplier-provided information is complete and aligned prior to downstream use.

Installation Package Coordination

  • Working with the A&I Site Manager and the A&I Controls Integration team, create and coordinate the distribution and review of mechanical and electrical installation packages, including drawings and RFQ specifications, for supplier review and quoting.

  • Ensure installation documentation reflects final layouts, interfaces, and supplier scope.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline preferred.

  • Experience supporting automation, integration, or capital equipment projects in a manufacturing or industrial environment.

  • Ability to read and interpret system layouts, mechanical drawings, and electrical documentation.

  • Experience coordinating supplier-provided technical information and documentation across multiple interfaces.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in complex, multi-supplier environments.
