As a Project QHSE Engineer – Offshore, you play a key role in safeguarding the health, safety, environmental and quality standards on our international offshore sites. You support daily operations, engage with the workforce, and help drive improvement initiatives that strengthen our safety culture.

Support project teams with risk assessments, Safety & Environmental audits, and incident investigations.
Promote a strong QHSE culture on offshore sites through toolbox talks, inductions, coaching and daily engagement.
Monitor and ensure compliance with QHSE regulations, industry standards and DEME procedures.
Contribute to safety campaigns, training initiatives and continuous improvement programs.
Collect, analyze and report QHSE data to support decision-making and highlight key risks.
Maintain close communication with the QHSE department and relevant project stakeholders.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Safety, Engineering, Environmental Sciences or a QHSE-related field.
Genuine passion for safety and environmental protection.
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and a proactive, hands-on mindset.
Team player with strong communication skills and a sense of initiative.
Fluent in English; additional languages are an asset.
Willing to travel worldwide and work in a rotational offshore schedule.
