As a Project QHSE Engineer within our Infra division, you’ll be part of the on-site team at the Fehmarnbelt project in Denmark. You’ll help maintain and monitor QHSE-S practices, conduct inspections and audits, and support the workforce in applying safety standards. Advise and support the workforce on QHSE-S matters
Organize trainings, inductions and toolbox meetings
Conduct audits and inspections on site and on vessels
Recommend improvements and follow up on implementation
Identify and evaluate QHSE-S risks
Collect data and prepare reports
Escalate and communicate key QHSE-S issues and initiatives to the QHSE department
You hold a relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree
You’re interested in developing a career in QHSE
You work in a structured and efficient way
You’re proactive, a team player, and take initiative
You speak and write English fluently; other languages are a plus
You’re willing to work abroad for extended periods (Denmark)
You have experience with maritime work and working on water
You have at least 5 years of experience in HSE
