innovative, and results-driven Programs Lead to join their growing team.
As a Programs Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success and sustainability of our client's initiatives by effectively managing programs.

Key Responsibilities:
Program Oversight & Management:
● Lead the planning, implementation, and evaluation of diverse programs, ensuring alignment with the NGO's
mission and strategic goals.
● Monitor program progress, identify potential challenges, and develop effective solutions to ensure successful
delivery and measurable impact.
● Develop and manage program budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
● Prepare comprehensive program reports for internal stakeholders.
Stakeholder Engagement:
● Serve as a primary point of contact for program partners and beneficiaries.
● Communicate the NGO's impact and needs effectively to a diverse audience.
Strategy & Growth:
● Contribute to the overall strategic planning of the organization, particularly in areas of program development.
● Stay abreast of trends in the NGO sector and program management best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field such as Social Sciences, International Development, Public Administration, Nonprofit Management, Project Management, Communications, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of proven experience in program management or a related role, preferably within the
- non-profit sector.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and
- concisely.
- Proven expertise in grant writing and securing funding through compelling proposals aligned with donor
- goals while delivering program impact (required).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with database management
- systems for program data.
- Experience in research, data collection and analysis to track program performance and improve outcomes.
- Innovative, creative, and tech-savvy, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Access to constant electricity and a reliable internet connection.
- Must have a personal laptop or desktop to perform tasks efficiently.
