- Proven track record of closing enterprise or high-value deals
- Experience driving revenue growth in Tech, SaaS, HRTech, TalentTech, or EdTech environments
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Data-driven mindset with strong commercial acumen
- Experience managing pipelines, targets, and commercial performance metrics
- A strong operator, not just a strategist
- Someone comfortable with accountability and ownership
