As a Senior Growth Associate, you will be responsible for generating and converting B2B leads across SMEs, startups, and corporate organisations to drive revenue growth for Utiva.
You will engage HR, L&D, and business stakeholders to promote Utiva’s learning solutions for workforce development and talent upskilling, while supporting the execution of enterprise sales activities.
What you'll do
- Support the acquisition of B2B clients including SMEs, startups, corporates, NGOs, and public sector organisations
- Generate leads through outbound outreach, networking, referrals, and inbound follow-ups
- Manage parts of the B2B sales cycle including prospecting, discovery calls, proposal sharing, and follow-ups
- Engage HR teams, L&D managers, and key decision-makers to introduce Utiva’s workforce development solutions
- Convert qualified leads into paying enterprise clients
- Maintain an active pipeline and update CRM records with accurate sales activity and deal progression
- Support preparation of proposals, presentations, and client engagement materials
- Collaborate with the Customer Success team to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients
- Participate in meetings, client presentations, and business development engagements
- Provide feedback from client interactions to help improve product and service offerings
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or corporate account support roles
- Proven ability to generate leads and support deal closure in a target-driven environment
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable engaging professional stakeholders such as HR teams, managers, and business executives
- Ability to work with CRM tools for tracking leads and managing pipelines
- Self-motivated, organised, and able to work independently with guidance
- Strong interest in sales, business growth, and enterprise development
- Ability to learn quickly and understand workforce development solutions.
