We are looking for a Program Manager to join a strategic team within the CTO organization (X-Force) focused on building internal AI solutions for Silverfort employees. In this role, you will own the full lifecycle of these products- from identifying company-wide needs and defining requirements to prioritizing the roadmap with engineering and driving adoption across the organization. Working closely with stakeholders across Silverfort, you will turn real business needs into impactful AI solutions that deliver measurable value.
Responsibilities- Partner with stakeholders across every department to surface needs and translate them into a prioritized roadmap of AI applications that the X-Force squad will build
- Write specifications for each application- scope, user flows, success criteria, and the questions worth answering before we commit engineering time
- Prioritize the backlog alongside engineering, balancing new builds against improvements to live tools as the internal landscape shifts
- Review design and implementation choices with the squad, asking the right product questions and keeping each application aligned with the value it set out to deliver
- Drive adoption of every application developed by X-Force, communicate value, run enablement, measure usage, and close the loop with each application's audience
- Own end-to-end delivery from idea through rollout, ensuring each program has a clear plan, clear owners, and a clear measure of success
- Run program operations day to day in Jira and Salesforce- backlogs, dashboards, status, deadlines- keeping the squad and its stakeholders aligned
- Use modern AI tools (Anthropic, OpenAI, and Silverfort's own internal applications) fluently in your own work to operate the program and prototype solutions hands-on
- 6+ years of experience leading internal product or program initiatives end-to-end- gathering needs, writing specifications, prioritizing roadmaps, and driving adoption
- Demonstrated product management skills, comfortable owning scope, writing crisp specifications, prioritizing trade-offs, and reviewing design and engineering work alongside the team that builds it
- Strong AI orientation- fluent and frequent use of modern AI tools (Anthropic, OpenAI, and similar) in real working contexts
- Hands-on, day-to-day working experience with Jira and Salesforce
- Track record of operating as an internal product owner across multiple stakeholder groups- building shared priorities and shipping outcomes that get adopted
- Experience operating inside a large or enterprise-scale company, with a clear sense of how to make programs land across functions- an advantage
- Hands-on development background- an advantage
