Description:

We are seeking a Program Manager (PM) to coordinate, prioritize, and drive execution across our DevSecOps, Developer Enablement, and Change Management teams. The PM will partner closely with engineering leadership to align priorities, manage dependencies, and deliver meaningful value to our developers and business stakeholders.

This role requires someone who understands modern development practices - Agile, Scrum, Kanban, CI/CD, DevOps - and can apply them pragmatically. The ideal candidate will adapt process to fit the needs of the team, rather than enforcing rigid frameworks. They thrive in complexity, communicate with clarity, and can balance strategic alignment with tactical execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive cross-team alignment by coordinating programs which span DevSecOps, Developer Enablement, Change Management, and development teams.
  • Partner with engineering and product leaders to define priorities, goals, and success metrics for initiatives in fast-paced environments.
  • Manage and communicate program-level plans, risks, and dependencies across multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Facilitate planning and execution in a way which supports agility, adaptability, and continuous delivery.
  • Serve as the connective link between leadership vision and engineering execution.
  • Provide visibility and reporting on progress, risks, and outcomes to executives and stakeholders.
  • Foster continuous improvement by enhancing team practices while minimizing bureaucracy and unnecessary processes.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and organizational skills.
  • Proven experience as a Program Manager, Technical Program Manager, or similar role in a modern software engineering environment.
  • Comfort influencing without direct authority, building trust across diverse stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and DevOps practices, and the ability to apply them pragmatically, not dogmatically.
  • Strong understanding of modern software development lifecycle, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-native platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives with competing priorities.
  • Experience working with cross-functional engineering teams in complex, global organizations.

Preferred Experience

  • Background in software engineering or systems engineering (hands-on coding experience a plus but not required).
  • · Exposure to platforms such as Microsoft Azure, GitHub, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, AWS, or Kubernetes.
  • Experience in Developer Experience (DevEx), DevSecOps, or Platform Engineering environments.
