Our Phoenix team supports the manufacturing and operational processes behind ultrasound imaging technologies used by providers worldwide. It's hands-on work connected to the quality and reliability those technologies are built to deliver.
As a Production Support Specialist your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Performs manufacturing/assembly operations and various tasks following procedures, bills of materials, work instructions, and process aid sheets.
- Maintains daily production output.
- Performs basic manufacturing/assembly/refurbishment operations.
- Complete basic troubleshooting
- Ensure manufacturing documentation is correct/current.
- Follows all EHS and Quality policies and procedures.
- Participates in quality control inspections when required.
- Works with team leaders, engineers, supervisors, and managers to improve quality and process efficiency.
- Other duties as assigned and may be asked to be included in quality activities, training sessions, and employee activity teams.
- Work with team to improve quality and reduce cycle time.
- Participate in 55S activities led by team lead/management.
- May assist with training peers when required.
- Ability to communicate, receive and understand instructions regarding duties to be performed.
- Demonstrated ability to pay attention to details and quality-minded work habits.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate with co-workers and leadership.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and stressful environment.

- Must be able to visually inspect machines.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
