- Follows work procedures and schematics including complex instructions regarding duties to be performed.
- Performs manufacturing/assembly operations and various tasks following procedures, bills of materials, work instructions, and process aid sheets.
- Demonstrated ability to perform all Production I responsibilities.
- Perform mid-level manufacturing/assembly/refurbishment operations
- Works independently and performs mid-level rework and testing's when required
- Maintains daily production output.
- Check/review final product paperwork
- Trained on all functions on the assigned line or cross trained in multiple areas
- Identify, report, and investigate defects.
- Follows all EHS and Quality policies and procedures.
- Participates in quality control inspections when required.
- Works with team leaders, engineers, supervisors, and managers to improve quality and process efficiency.
- Assist with the implementation of process improvements to increase quality/productivity and to reduce cycle time.
- Other duties as assigned and may be asked to be included in quality activities, training sessions, and employee activity teams.
