The Role
Description

We are looking for a Product Marketing Team Lead with deep marketing experience and a strong passion for building and scaling products.

In this role, you will lead the product marketing for one of monday’s core products, managing a team of top product marketers to deliver on the company’s objectives and make a meaningful impact on one of the largest industries in the world.

As Product Marketing Team Lead, you will own the product’s GTM strategy and strategic launches, shape the overarching product story, influence the product roadmap, and be a key part of domain-level decision making to drive sustainable product growth.

Why monday.com?

We are monday.com, a global software company transforming how businesses run. Our product suite can adapt to the needs of diverse industries and use cases within one powerful platform, empowering ~245,000 customers worldwide to reimagine how work gets done, drive greater efficiency, and scale like never before.

With over 2,500 employees across the globe, we grow by prioritizing transparency and knowledge sharing. We care about the impact you make, not the hours you clock, so we encourage initiative, ownership, and fresh thinking. We back our people with flexible work, wellness and mental health support, and a work environment built on collaboration.

monday.com is one of the fastest-growing SaaS companies in the world, which means our employees have the opportunity to grow with us. We embrace and encourage initiative, innovation, and accountability at all levels — to fuel the company’s continued success.

About The Role
  • Own the product marketing domain strategy, goals, roadmap, and priorities; build clear annual and quarterly marketing plans that align with company and domain objectives.
  • Define the GTM strategy, buyer segmentation, and key differentiators; bring customer insights, market trends, competitive signals, and data into marketing decision-making, and act as the voice of the field for customer and market needs.
  • Own the development of the domain’s product narrative, positioning, and value drivers, ensuring we have a sharp, compelling and differentiated story and customer promise.
  • Lead the product launch strategy and execution, ensuring cohesive messaging, high-quality PMM deliverables, and strong GTM alignment across channels and teams.
  • Deeply understand customer and field needs and use these insights to influence domain decisions and the product roadmap.
  • Develop PMM talent globally through coaching, mentoring, and performance management; ensure clear prioritization and effective resource allocation across PMM initiatives.
  • Develop frameworks, methodologies, and playbooks for the team; own internal knowledge sharing and co-lead the PMM Guild strategy, shaping cross-domain standards and best practices.
  • Collaborate and build strong relationships with key stakeholders — Sales, Product, and Marketing leaders — to ensure tight alignment, focus, and effective execution across the domain.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in managing and mentoring product marketers for 5+ years.
  • Extensive experience owning end-to-end product marketing for complex products, from strategy through execution.
  • Experience with SLG models at scale, working closely with sales and GTM teams.
  • Proven ability to act as the strategic voice of the domain at the executive level, influencing decisions across product, GTM, and marketing.
  • Deep expertise in defining ICP and segmentation for a product or domain, and using that focus to guide priorities and GTM.
  • Proven ability to develop a product narrative that is sharp, differentiated, and compelling, tying product capabilities to tangible impact.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with Sales and GTM leaders.
  • Ability to foster data-driven decision making, leveraging insights and business opportunities.
  • Experience in ensuring high-quality PMM outputs, including sales collateral, messaging docs, demos, talk tracks, and PMM briefs.
  • Strong leadership presence, able to drive consistency, professional standards, and ways of working across the Product Marketing craft.
