About the role
We’re looking for a product-focused professional who thrives on bringing clarity, alignment, and purpose to complex initiatives. In this role, you’ll lead stakeholder engagement sessions to shape and prioritise product requirements, ensuring a strong understanding of business goals, user needs, and technical constraints. You’ll take ownership of translating the “why” behind each epic and feature into meaningful outcomes, conducting robust analysis and producing high-quality documentation that drives informed decision-making. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll refine and prioritise epics, features, and user stories, ensuring backlog items are clear, testable, and ready for delivery within an agile environment.
You’ll play a key role in maintaining delivery momentum by owning a healthy backlog and actively contributing to agile ceremonies, from sprint planning to retrospectives. Partnering closely with developers, testers, and stakeholders, you’ll remove blockers, provide clarity, and ensure solutions are aligned with the intended vision. With a strong focus on value delivery, you’ll help ensure features meet defined KPIs and success metrics, coordinating testing and validation activities to guarantee quality and user satisfaction. This is an opportunity to make a tangible impact, continuously iterating based on feedback and data insights to deliver meaningful, high-quality product outcomes.

- You are comfortable navigating both strategic and operational problem spaces, able to define the right business solution, whether it involves product development or not.
- You understand the value of iterative delivery, customer feedback loops, and cross-functional collaboration, and are comfortable challenging traditional ways of working to drive better outcomes.
