Lead product strategy and delivery for Proactive Insurance cyber products. Conduct discovery, build roadmaps and KPIs, align stakeholders, guide Product Owners, collaborate with engineering and cyber teams, and use data to optimise live capabilities.

Handle cyber and technology insurance claims from first notification through settlement, including coverage analysis, reserving, litigation deadlines, third-party recoveries, vendor coordination, and claims administration. Build relationships with policyholders and brokers, collaborate with response vendors and internal teams, provide claims trend feedback, support product development, and escalate issues when necessary.

Lead strategic business change, transformation, technology modernization, regulatory change, and platform implementation initiatives across an insurance organization. Manage project scope, plans, budgets, resources, risks, dependencies, governance, stakeholder engagement, implementation, operational transition, and benefits realization. The role requires deep Lloyd’s and London insurance market expertise, strong commercial judgment, and the ability to deliver complex initiatives across underwriting, claims, distribution, operations, technology, risk, and compliance.

Supports governance and delivery across a portfolio of strategic change initiatives. Maintains stage gates, RAID logs, portfolio controls, reporting, dashboards, documentation, and assurance reviews. Lead design and delivery of production-grade AI agent services: build LangChain-driven LLM workflows, design distributed microservices, implement testing/evals and monitoring, deploy and maintain models, guide architecture decisions, write production-quality code, troubleshoot live systems, produce documentation, and mentor junior engineers.
