We are seeking a Product Manager to simplify complex business workflows and bridge technical solutions with operational needs. This role focuses on internal processes, customer-facing operations, and API-based products, driving impactful solutions through prioritization, data-driven decisions, and collaboration.
Responsibilities:
- Define product vision and manage lifecycles from ideation to launch and ongoing improvements.
- Analyze complex business processes, simplify them into scalable, efficient solutions, and document workflows for implementation.
- Write PRDs and technical specifications with a focus on API integrations and customer needs.
- Use data analysis to prioritize features, measure product performance, and guide decision-making.
- Collaborate with R&D, Sales, Support, and external customers to align technical capabilities with business goals.
- Manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining focus on high-impact initiatives.
- Train stakeholders on new features and processes and occasionally travel for engagements.
Requirements:
- 2 years of experience as a Product Manager or System Analyst with a technical focus.
- Proven experience in simplifying complex workflows and designing user-friendly solutions.
- Strong data analysis skills to support prioritization and decision-making.
- Hands-on experience with API-based products and technical specifications.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills with a track record of managing cross-functional projects.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and English language skills.
