We are looking for a Product Manager with an entrepreneurial spirit who will be up to the challenge of taking our Dev product to new heights. You’ll join our product team, lead key developments alongside the engineering team and designer, focus on our product growth strategy, and drive execution. At monday.com we work in an “empowered” team model, meaning you will own the product development cycle. You will have the opportunity to work closely with multiple disciplines and top talent to deliver business results and significantly impact the tech industry.
About The Role
- Lead a cross-functional agile team of engineering, design, and product analytics within the Dev group
- Drive focus and speed within your team to ship products that customers need and love, and drive measurable impact.
- Develop a deep understanding of our customers, their pain points, and how monday Dev can meet their needs
- Collect and analyze various inputs to identify the biggest opportunities for impactful improvements.
- Identify growth opportunities, develop and implement growth A/B testing, while constantly learning from one test to another.

Requirements
- You have at least 3 years of experience as a product manager with a proven track record of driving outsize impact on customers and the business
- You have previous experience leading B2B SaaS products
- You are analytical and experienced in working both with qualitative insights and quantitative data to drive product decisions.
- You know your way around A/B tests, analytics tools user interviews, surveys, and usability tests
- You are a strong collaborator, being able to partner with others in the team and across the org to achieve your goals
- You are a self-starter who is a fast learner, adaptive, and thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- You have strong communication skills and have the ability to thoroughly explain the rationale of product decisions
- You are familiar with Agile ceremonies and other software development methodologies - Advantage
- You have an engineering background - Advantage
