The CRM product operates as a startup entity within our company.

With a team of over 40 individuals spanning product, R&D, design, analysts, marketing, product marketing, content creation, and even video editing, we possess all the necessary resources to build an exceptional organization and drive rapid growth for the company.

We launched the product in May 2022 and we’re seeing exceptional growth since. With over 13K paying accounts and exponential ARR growth this is one of the fastest growing products in the industry.

We are looking for a Director Product Manager(CRM) with an entrepreneurial spirit that will be up to the challenge of leading the CRM product to a billion dollar business. You will drive the product strategy and roadmap. Manage multiple teams and top talent product managers to deliver business plans and make a significant impact on one of the largest industries in the world.

About The Role:

  • Build and scale monday sales CRM product business line to meet our aggressive goals. In this role you’ll be responsible for the product strategy, growth and monetization of of the product. This will include defining the target market, crafting the strategic roadmap, working on pricing and packaging as well as formulating strategy on launches and product marketing positioning
  • Craft your Product story and establish a shared vision for your product across the company while working with talented cross-functional team members (across engineering, design, customer success, marketing, sales, etc.). You’ll take full ownership and have a massive impact on the company
  • Develop a deep understanding of our customers, their pain points and how monday sales CRM can meet their needs
  • You will hire, grow and manage a team of top product managers and product analysts. You will guide them frequently, remove roadblocks for them, and help them improve their business impact.
  • Drive focus and speed within your team to ship products people need and love
  • Represent the sales CRM team and your product in the public arena, serving as the voice of your product at conferences and events, online, and with potential business partners

Requirements

  • 8+ years of product management experience, with a track record of managing successful product teams
  • You have at least 3 years of experience as a manager of product managers, with demonstrated success in hiring and growing top talent.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience using data to inform product decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Experience in SaaS or Domain experience in CRM areas preferred
  • Previous entrepreneurial experience – Advantage
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
