We’re looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to join our Data Product Team.

In this role, you will be in charge of one of Lusha’s main data product lines, collaborating with exceptional R&D and Data Science teams, as well as various stakeholders across the organization, to bring your vision to life.

How you’ll shape the future of B2B sales

As a Senior Product Manager in our Data Product Team, you will lead the development of cutting-edge solutions that empower insight-driven offerings, supporting excellent data experiences. This role is pivotal in shaping the future of B2B sales by providing innovative data products that deliver value and insights, enhancing the overall sales process and positioning our customers for long-term success.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Product Strategy and Roadmap: Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap for Lusha’s next data products, ensuring alignment with the company’s overall vision and goals.
  • End-to-End Product Lifecycle: Manage the entire product lifecycle for new and existing data products, from initial ideation through to launch and continuous iteration.
  • Integration of Advanced ML Models: Collaborate closely with Engineering and Data Science teams to integrate advanced machine learning models into our products, enhancing data quality and delivering superior customer value.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Work with analytics, marketing, customer success, and sales teams to define product requirements and ensure the successful execution of product strategies.
  • Customer and Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with customers and stakeholders to gather feedback, understand their needs, and advocate for user-centric product development.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Define and analyze key metrics to measure product success, using data to inform decisions and drive future product improvements.
  • Stay Ahead of Industry Trends: Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data management and machine learning to ensure our products remain at the forefront of innovation.
  • Evangelize Lusha’s Data Products: Serve as a subject matter expert and advocate for Lusha’s data and machine learning products, both internally and externally, promoting their value and benefits.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Data Product Manager of a B2B SaaS product, with previous experience in building and scaling data products.
  • Strong understanding of data management principles, data ecosystems and technologies, and data analytics techniques
  • Solid understanding of Machine Learning and AI principles, including both theoretical foundations and practical applications in solutions and products
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally, leading teams to deliver products that delight customers and drive business results.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and product features.
  • Ability to focus on the things that make the most significant impact
  • A hungry, infectious personality: we’re looking for someone who has a winner’s mindset and is great to have around
