Sell Shift4 Point of Sale and merchant payment solutions to businesses in an assigned Phoenix-area territory. Responsibilities include prospecting, cold calling, networking, setting appointments, presenting products, closing new accounts, upselling hardware and services, managing merchant relationships, meeting sales quotas, and forecasting pipeline opportunities.

Owns the North American payment-processing product roadmap across clearing, settlement, and dispute management. The role coordinates engineering, finance, risk, operations, compliance, and external processors; translates architecture into migration plans and requirements; manages partner relationships; defines reliability and settlement metrics; maintains data models and interfaces; supports network certifications; and aligns regional needs with global payment architecture.

Analyze and interpret Visa and Mastercard regulations, product specifications, fees, technical changes, and other payment network publications. Quality Assurance Engineer responsible for reviewing requirements, creating test plans, and executing manual and automated functional, integration, performance, usability, and regression testing. The role identifies and resolves system issues, supports production troubleshooting, manages defects and test documentation in JIRA and TestRail, and collaborates with developers and business analysts. Testing spans desktop, web, CRM, APIs, business reports, and multiple technology stacks, with emphasis on automation and risk mitigation.

Build, support, and improve full-stack financial systems applications, backend services, integrations, SQL workflows, data pipelines, reporting datasets, and front-end features. This is a senior individual contributor role requiring payments-industry expertise, enterprise account management, hardware deployment knowledge, and travel as needed.

Manage settlement processes, authorizations, investigations, system actions, reporting, and issue resolution.
