Your Impact
The primary purpose of this role is to manage the continuous improvement of the pro-programs in place that enable pro sales teams to effectively service and sell to the pro customer. This responsibility includes communicating program resources to relevant stakeholders and maintaining the day-to-day program operations to maximize store buy-in and execution. This role supports the pro-sales teams by providing them with the tools and resources needed to sell effectively.
What You Will Do
- Partner with business & technology teams to support discovery, solutioning, development, testing, & deployment of new technology and reporting initiatives.
- Collaborate with business teams to identify and understand gaps and inefficiencies in our current processes and initiatives. C
- Collaborate with technology teams to align and articulate the problems we need to solve, apply best practices, and work together toward solutions.
- Provide official requirements for Product, DACI, and Reporting.
- Drive and support the ongoing intake, prioritization, and technology operations processes.
- Support timing updates, solution demos, and technical training to business partners.
- Lead testing and support for tech launches.
- Analyze pro-pricing program trends to identify sales and profit opportunities.
- Support store pro selling teams by communicating what tools and resources are available to effectively assist with selling objectives.
- Collaborates cross-functionally to maintain and improve pro-programs
- Define clear standards and expectations for in-store pro selling programs to ensure consistency across the enterprise.
- Design a feedback loop through which store leadership communicates to the corporate office to ensure alignment on the status of pro-service operations.
- Communicate priorities to the sales team to align corporate pro-strategy with sales strategy.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, Bachelor's in Business or related field, or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement, if applicable
- 5 Years of experience in the retail industry
Preferred Skills/Education
- Experience in data analytics, Experience in a large sales organization
- Product, Project, or Program Management experience preferred.
Where You'll Be
- Associates are required to relocate to the Charlotte/Mooresville, NC region to foster collaboration and support.
- The ideal candidate must be willing to work in the office at our Mooresville, NC, location, 5 days per week.
- Most business meetings are planned around the Eastern time zone.
