Your Impact
Lowe's is seeking a motivated, organized, and detail-oriented individual to join the Corporate Events team as Sr Analyst - Corporate Event & Activation. This role is responsible for helping develop, project manage, and implement major corporate events and activation strategies that support enterprise priorities, executive engagement, internal communications, and key stakeholder experiences.
The role partners across internal stakeholders, vendors, agencies, venues, and business partners to translate event objectives into integrated activation plans and high-quality attendee experiences. The successful candidate should be comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong attention to detail and calm under pressure.
What you will do
- Help build and execute the annual corporate events and activation strategy in support of enterprise business priorities, executive engagement, and stakeholder experiences.
- Individually manage event budgets and forecasts of up to $1M to keep programs on target and resources well allocated.
- Lead cross-functional teams of internal partners, agencies, vendors, and venue contacts through planning and execution of large-scale corporate events and activations.
- Build complex logistics plans covering attendee flow, registration, travel, ground transportation, hotel coordination, staffing, and on-site support.
- Builds complex communication plans, registration systems, project plans, run of show and other planning documents to lead cross functional teams through the planning and execution of large scale events
- Trains and directs multiple large vendor and agency teams through the event planning and execution process and is accountable for their work and performance
- Continuously evaluates activation strategy to ensure company goals and objectives are being achieved. Present event recaps to leadership to highlight ROI, key outcomes and recommendations to improve future outcomes
- Responsible for safety, wellbeing and overall experience for up to 8,000 event attendees including Lowe's senior executives
- Develops execution plans that mitigate company risk and protect the company brand, reputation and employees by ensuring all execution plans adhere to tax regulations, comply with data security guidelines, protect the company from potential legal issues and have adequate insurance coverage
- Exercises thought leadership and accountable for complex and quick decisions throughout the planning and execution process that impact attendee experience and overall program outcome
- Responsible for sourcing, negotiating pricing and contractual terms and executing contracts for all event and activation services
- Develops and implement strategic meeting management platform and provide consultation for meeting arrangers across enterprise
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree Hospitality Management, Marketing, Sports Management or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement, if applicable
- 5-7 Years Experience in hotel/hospitality management, sports management, marketing, project management or related field
