People Experience Specialist - Temp Position (Maternity Leave)

The People Experience team’s mission is to make monday.com an exceptional and positive place to work. As a People Experience Specialist, you will be part of a global team that identifies and takes care of employees’ needs, makes them feel valued and connected, and helps build their sense of belonging. You will help shape, initiate, and lead projects and processes within the employee experience world. Your role focuses on promoting and implementing our unique culture and values globally across all monday.com sites

• 3+ years in Employee Experience - Must
• Experience in end-to-end planning & execution of large-scale people experience events - Must
• Experience in startups or the high-tech industry - Must 
• Experience working in a global environment - Must
• High level of English and Hebrew, both spoken and written - Must
• Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• A creative mindset, ability to deliver under pressure, and an eye for detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Fast learner with a can-do approach and the ability to multitask
• Strong organizational skills
• Bachelor’s degree - Advantage
• Knowledge of working with monday.com - Advantage
• Strong orientation with AI-powered solutions - a big advantage
