We’re looking for an experienced, hands-on HR Business Partner to support our Builders org (R&D Department). In this role, you’ll partner with Team Leads, Group Leads, and Directors to help them build healthy, high-performing teams in a fast-changing environment.
You’ll own people topics end-to-end – from understanding the situation through planning, execution, and follow-up – and act as a trusted partner who connects HR processes with real business outcomes.
- 3+ years as an HR Business Partner in a fast-paced, scaling environment.
- Proven experience partnering with managers at different levels.
- Strong change management and problem-solving skills – you’re comfortable in ambiguity and know how to bring structure and focus.
- You connect HR work to business impact, not only to “HR best practices”.
- Confident working with strong, opinionated leaders, while keeping an open, collaborative style.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills, in both Hebrew and English - you can simplify complex situations and communicate them clearly.
- Data-minded – you know how to use qualitative and quantitative data to spot patterns and drive decisions.
- A real team player – you enjoy partnering with other HR functions and sharing knowledge, not working in a silo.
