Our Marketplace is powered by app developers. This role sits at the intersection of product, partners, and users — driving growth by enabling developers to build, launch, and scale impactful apps on monday.com.
This role is ideal for operators who combine customer understanding, technical fluency, and product thinking.
About The RoleWe’re looking for a tech-savvy, product-oriented partner manager to own relationships with our strategic marketplace partners (app developers).
This is not a traditional partner success role — it requires someone who understands how products are built, how ecosystems grow, and how to turn user needs into scalable opportunities.
What you’ll do
Own and grow strategic partners
- Act as the primary point of contact for key marketplace partners
- Drive partner growth, adoption, and long-term success on the platform
- Lead ongoing business reviews and define clear growth plans
Bridge product, partners, and users
- Translate user needs, product gaps, and data into actionable opportunities for partners
- Work closely with internal Product and R&D teams to represent partner and user needs
- Help shape app roadmaps and identify high-impact use cases
Drive execution end-to-end
- Lead cross-functional initiatives with Product, Sales, Marketing, and Partnerships
- Take ideas from concept to execution - fast, structured, and outcome-driven
- Create clarity and momentum in ambiguous environments
Optimize performance
- Track and analyze app performance, adoption, and user experience
- Identify opportunities to improve conversion, retention, and overall app impact
- Ensure partners meet program goals and marketplace standards
- Customer-facing or operational foundation → product & tech orientation (must)
- 3+ years of experience in a scaling or established SaaS company, working across multiple cross-functional interfaces
- Background in either: customer-facing roles (Customer Success, Partner Success, Solutions), or technical cross-functional roles (e.g., Product Ops, R&D Ops, Program/Project Management)
- Direct exposure to strategic customers and/or partners
- Proven ability to navigate complex organizations, build strong internal relationships, and collaborate across multiple stakeholders
- Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, and SaaS ecosystems
- Comfortable working with developers and technical stakeholders
- Ability to think in systems and identify where technology (including AI) drives real value

- Strong operational and project management skills — drives things to completion
Partner-facing / developer ecosystem experience
- Experience working with app developers, product teams, or technical partners — strong advantage
- Ability to translate between business needs and technical execution

- Experience in product management or strong product thinking — ability to identify opportunities, shape solutions, and influence roadmaps
