P2P Operations – Administrative Assistant
Huntsman is seeking an P2P Operations – Administrative Assistant supporting the GBS Division located in Costa Rica. This position will report to the Procurement Manager.
Job Scope
The P2P Operations – Administrative Assistant provides administrative and operational support to Procurement by managing corporate card programs, purchase requisitions, travel and expense processes, and other procurement-related activities. This role works closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient execution of daily operations and compliance with company policies and procedures.
In summary, as the P2P Operations – Administrative Assistant, you will:
- Execute corporate card payments by creating required reports and providing supporting documentation.
- Manage and maintain the Citibank corporate card program.
- Create purchase requisitions.
- Maintain administrative procedures and systems, including email, spreadsheets, records management, and document processing.
- Administer the AT&T cellphone program and act as the primary point of contact for employees.
- Provide support to the Travel and Expense team and users as Program Administrator.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures, including Environmental, Health, and Safety standards.
- Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
The candidate must have an unrestricted right to work for Huntsman in Costa Rica.
All candidates are expected to work at our office in AFZ, Heredia on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. Please note that there may be occasions where additional office days are required due specific business needs.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- B2+ English proficiency required.
Skills and knowledge
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize work effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
- SAP experience.
Working Environment
- Hybrid work environment based in Costa Rica.
- Regular interaction with internal customers, external vendors, and cross-functional teams.
- Office presence required on designated days and as needed based on business requirements.
