Perform month-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, and cost accounting for the Polyurethanes division. Support audits, internal controls, inventory accounting, budgeting, variance analysis, management reporting, and process improvement in a chemical manufacturing environment.

Lead manufacturing performance analytics: design and maintain data models and ingestion pipelines, develop and govern Power BI dashboards, ensure data quality and governance, automate reporting, partner with operations to drive continuous improvement.

As a Project Engineer, you will oversee engineering projects for compliance and safety, support CAPEX planning, and drive continuous improvement efforts.

Support scale-up and commercialization of adhesive and advanced materials processes by partnering with Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain. Lead troubleshooting, process improvements, NPI, data analysis, PSM activities, documentation, equipment commissioning, and continuous improvement in laboratory, pilot plant, and manufacturing environments.
