Job Family Definition:
Develops, implements and utilizes processes and tools to enable the sales life-cycle (pricing, orders, invoicing, opportunity assessment, field inventory management and other sales pipeline analytics and forecasting solutions). Reports and analyzes order pipeline, bookings, revenue forecasting, revenue reporting, sales productivity and goal attainment. Maintains and enhances sales force automation systems, product/service costing models, and margin management tools/systems to effectively monitor and manage revenue/expenses.

Applies developed subject matter knowledge to solve common and complex business issues and recommends appropriate alternatives. Works on problems of diverse complexity and scope. May act as a team or project leader providing direction to team activities and facilitates information validation and team decision making process. Exercises independent judgment to identify and select a solution. Ability to handle most unique situations. May seek advice in order to make decisions on complex business issues.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned customer accounts, handling inquiries, requests, and issue resolution in a professional and timely manner
- Manage daily operational activities and ensure smooth customer experience
- Own the contract renewal lifecycle, including renewals, conversions, and service updates
- Identify opportunities to expand existing contracts (upsell, add-on services)
- Support larger and more complex renewals in collaboration with OS Specialists and CSMs
- Build strong customer relationships, acting as a trusted operational partner
- Work closely with OS CSMs, OS Specialists, and Account Operations Lead (AOL) to ensure execution of operational tasks
- Ensure effective use of HPE tools, processes, and methodologies
- Contribute to planning, forecasting inputs, and data validation activities
- Support process improvements and smaller coordination or project activities
Education and Experience Required:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management or equivalent
- Typically 4-6 years experience
Knowledge and Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Understanding of sales operations processes and contract lifecycle management
- Experience with planning and forecasting methodologies
- Ability to work with data and generate actionable insights
- Experience with tools and processes supporting sales and operations activities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Mastery in English
- Ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders, including management-level discussions
